PL1.01.2 General objectives

At the end of this module the trainee should be able to:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of the organizational environment
  2. Recognize the foundations of organizational environment and organization behaviour
  3. Understand the types of organization and purchasing structures
  4. Understand the types of markets, market theories and their implications on organizations
  5. Understand organization’s stakeholders and their needs in view of the dynamisms in the environment
