Exemptions to Bachelor of laws(LLB) degree and Advocates of High court wishing to pursue KASNEB Certified Secretaries(CS) course

SUMMARY OF EXEMPTS TO ADVOCATES OF THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AND OTHER HOLDERS OF BACHELOR OF LAWS (LLB) DEGREE WISHING TO PURSUE THE CERTIFIED SECRETARIES (CS) QUALIFICATION

The Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board partially exempts advocates and holders of law degrees from sitting the 18 papers in the CPS exams.

The LSK had petitioned the board to consider exempting lawyers from taking the entire CPS papers, arguing they are captured in law degree training.
